New-grad tech jobs at companies that actually sponsor H-1B.

Every job shows what the company filed with the Department of Labor for that kind of role: how many H-1B applications, how many new hires, at which wage levels. Jobs that say citizens only or no sponsorship are left out.

    How it works

    Where the jobs come from

Every 30 minutes FiledFor reads about 2,600 company job boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and SmartRecruiters. It keeps US tech roles that look entry level, reads each description for the years of experience it asks for, and leaves out postings that rule out sponsorship, say citizens only, or need a security clearance.

    Where the evidence comes from

Each company is matched to its Labor Condition Applications, the step every H-1B petition starts with, from the Department of Labor's public data. The numbers cover certified filings decided between October 2024 and June 2026, for the same kind of role as the job.
